Beginning phases
We begin by setting up an initial consultation to understand your vision, and budget. We then will provide you insight on the current market status to give you a focal point for the size and type of home that will fit you and your family moving in comfortably financially.

Don't have a house plan yet? No worries, we work closely with our architects and designers and can get you connected quickly with our team to create a customized plan that fits you and your family perfectly and within your budget.

Bidding Process
Once we've evaluated your land and established house plans it is time to bid on your home to get an exact cost breakdown. We will put together a personalized bidding portfolio specifically designed for your home that will include all of your selection allowances, spec sheets for all fixture/appliance selections included in quote, and a complete lump sum exact cost of your home.
Signing Contracts and Pulling Permits
We will then set up a meeting with you to go over all of the allowances, selections, contracts, pricing, and building process. After you have reviewed everything and we are in agreement we will then sign contracts and start pulling permits to start the building process on your dream home.
Building Process
This is where the fun begins. We start the process of building your dream home with our handpicked team of suppliers and subcontractors. We set up selection meetings at the beginning of the build to ensure that all of your materials/fixtures will be shipped and delivered in an efficient manner not to delay the process. We will coordinate with our team during your selection meetings to make sure that everyone is on the same page and send you updates after every selection meeting regarding your allowance breakdown to keep you informed and in control of your budget.
Final Inspections and Closing
After the construction process is complete it is time for final inspections and punchlist items. We perform a detailed walk through from one end of your home to the other to ensure that you are moving in your home as happy as can be and every expectation is met.
Move in Day!
The best day of all!! You get to move into your brand new home that was specifically designed and customized from scratch by you, for you, to fit you and your family perfectly.
