My husband and I met with Steve and Jonathan initially to just simply get a bid for the construction of our new custom built home. After our first meeting, we knew we did not need to look any further.
Their knowledge , experience, trustworthiness, patience,and kindness, along with an acceptable bid sealed the deal for us. They did a great job on our home! Having built several homes ourselves ( spec and custom), you would think that would have scared them away from us, but NOT SO! The quality of their work was EXCEPTIONAL! That being said, I must end on a sad note, they entered into contract with us while my husband was terminally ill, and unfortunately lost his health battle. They tenderly, and respectfully walked me through everything, right into move in! I would recommend this father and son team to ANYONE , and will certainly use them again!!

We began searching for home approximately 2 years before we actually started the process. We canvassed our dream neighborhood several times making note of local builders. We ultimately decided on JD Builders. From the beginning this father/son team was nothing short of amazing! Jonathan promptly answered all of our questions prior to us even making a decision to do business with them. They answered all of our questions & were an absolute pleasure to work with! They’re fair, honest, genuine people. Throughout any building process there’s going to be a few minor hiccups. Jonathan and Mr. Steve expeditiously took care of any issues that occurred. I love the fact that the suppliers are local which is plus to deal with someone face to face. The many added bonuses such as over & under cabinet lighting along with tongue and groove ceilings on our front porch & patio added even more character to our design that made us fall in love even more with our home.
